To avoid disappointment for your preferred party time /date, all party bookings should be confirmed with Fairy Crystal as soon as possible. Enquiries alone can not be assumed as confirmation.
Full party payment is required within 7 days of making the booking.Eft details will be provided on confirmation or Visa/Mastercard payments can be made over the phone to Fairy Crystal.Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
A cancellation fee applies(50% of the fee)if within 1 week of the party date.
Full fee will be charged if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the party.
We advise you consider a wet weather option as a backup on the day should the weather turn miserable otherwise the same cancellation fees will apply.
Parties we visit which are further than 25kms from the CBD of Sydney incur a travel fee .We refer to www.whereis.com.au for confirmation and use Pitt Street as our start point.
Fairy Crystal and her fairy friends are covered by indemnity insurance up to $10,000,000
